## Job description

岗位职责

### 产品设计
- 设计家庭医生服务与医疗险理赔流程结合的整合产品，优化服务交付链路以提升患者满意度。

### 精准推荐
- 开发和优化1v1私域场景下的精准推荐系统，提升转化率。

### 数据分析
- 汇总并分析运营和销售数据，为产品优化提供支持。

### 客户沟通
- 负责与B端沟通协调，及时满足需求，确保产品运营顺畅。

### 跨部门协作
- 与IT技术、市场、销售等部门紧密合作，推动产品从设计到落地。

### 其他任务
- 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、市场营销、医学相关专业优先。

### 工作经验
- 有产品运营、服务运营或IT运营经验，互联网医疗或健康管理领域经验者优先。

### 技术背景
- 有算法推荐、AI或人工智能产品经验，能推动精准推荐系统实施。

### 问题解决
- 具备独立解决问题的能力，能应对运营挑战。

### 客户分析
- 具备良好的数据分析能力和市场洞察力。
