## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助推进产品运营工作，包括产品募集及成立参数配置、存续期运营管理、产品退出清盘等
- 协助推进交易运营工作，包括交易系统就绪检查、生产事件管理、支持投资过程中的个性化管控需求和新投资品种和方法的落地等
- 协助推进部门IT系统建设和优化，包括IT开发需求收集评估、开发进展检视和结项跟进等
- 协助推进数据报表工作，包括客户数据报表支持和交付，监管数据报表生产和报送等 任职资格
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、IT等专业优先；
- 相关工作经验2年以内，有券商资管、基金公司实习经历者优先。
- 熟练使用办公软件，有IT编程技能；
- 有较强的沟通能力、学习能力、理解能力和逻辑分析能力
