## Job description

岗位职责

### 健康管理服务
- 推动高风险人群筛查，协助客户科学制定诊疗方案。

### 治疗与康复跟进
- 跟进客户用药安全与疗效，结合客户住院、治疗阶段身体状况，定制康复方案并定期回访追踪。

### 理赔服务
- 协助客户理赔报案、前置预审，全程跟进协谈，提供出院即赔配套服务。

### 资源整合与质控
- 整合医疗网络各环节资源，持续优化服务流程，保障全流程标准化服务体验。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学相关专业优先。
- 两年以上健康险或医疗相关行业工作经验。
- 具备较强的服务意识与客户同理心，善于洞察客户需求，能适应快节奏工作环境。
