- 负责中心内咨询顾问的增员任务，达成中心满编率
- 制定创说会等增员活动的开展计划，执行和落实增员招聘流程，负责增员初筛，进行候选人的首次面试
- 负责 MOB0 2 咨询顾问的制式培训、销售话术及销售技巧训练、辅导工作，提升咨询顾问综合素质 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年工作经验，
