## Job description

岗位职责
- 协同部门、机构，推动服销业务开展，达成业绩目标；
- 制定合理有效的专项业务激励及营销活动；
- 制定合理的服销质检管理标准，管控服销质量；
- 优化现有服销业务模式及流程，及时运用新技术，研究服销模式迭代；
- 推动服销坐席能力建设；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，金融类、管理类专业优先；
- 对电话销售、金融销售行业有一定经验，具备一定销售感；
- 两年以上销售管理、销售推动工作经历； 3. 工作热情、有激情，有较强的人际沟通能力，抗压能力强；
- 熟练使用office等办公软件，有较强的PPT编写能力，具有较强的文字编写能力。
