## Job description

岗位职责
- 深度参与公司重要项目及业务需求落地工作，梳理关键问题、跟踪推进落地，必要情况下提出专项专案建议。
- 协调公司资源，推动重点项目及需求的快速解决及落地，及时将进展、问题和建议向公司管理层汇报。
- 针对项目需求管理过程中发现的问题以及公司管理层关注的方向进行专题研究，撰写各类专题报告。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，咨询、投研、PMO相关2年以上工作经验，具备融资租赁、汽车金融、小微金融等行业经验者优先。 2、逻辑性强、沟通协调能力佳，具有较强的抗压能力和团队合作意识。
