## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接上级机构下达的经营计划和指标，制定本机构发展规划、经营策略并组织实施，合理精准配置资源，达成各项经营指标；
- 落实队伍建设各项要求，在授权范围内开展党建、干部管理、员工日常管理、人才梯队建设等工作，提高队伍综合素质和战斗力；
- 落实合规及风险控制要求，开展资产质量管控、不良资产清收处置、案件防控、安全保卫、信息安全、证照管理、消保和声誉风险管理等工作；
- 加强与政府、监管、行业主管部门等单位沟通协调，建立和谐关系，树立品牌形象 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 从事金融工作4年及以上，其中团队管理经验2年以上；
- 市场开拓及服务营销能力强，熟悉银行各种金融产品及相关业务，持有AFP、CFP 等理财专业证照者优先，有运营、综拓、贷款、理财等零售业务管理经验者优先；
- 具备较强的管理能力、执行能力、团队建设能力，积极进取，能够达成经营目标；
- 无严重违法违纪及不良从业记录，无在途或处罚期内处罚。
