## Job description

岗位职责
- 搭建、维护当地政府关系，在与政府接触中挖掘政、农业务商机；
- 掌握政、农招标信息，制作标书，参与竞标；
- 负责承保理赔档案的完整性、真实性；
- 农网人员业务培训和指导，推动农网人员做好农险协办工作和农商业务拓展，包括但不限于农险组织、宣传、承保、查勘及相关资料的收集等；
- 线上化推广，推动农网人员利用创报网APP等移动端工具开展协办工作，按照承保理赔要求将资料上传至指定系统，提高承保、理赔线上化率；
- 公司要求的其他事项。 任职资格 1、本科以上学历，农学相关专业 2、在金融-保险、农林渔牧-农林渔牧行业有1-3年工作经验
