## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据现行法律法规及监管规定，负责分中心的业务方案、合同文本规范性的初步审查；提供监管各类调查、检查、调研工作所需的数据、资料、报告；
- 根据卡中心客诉处理原则，处理分中心客诉；落实监管各项消保相关要求；
- 牵头开展分中心的案防合规文化建设与宣传工作，按要求上报合规文化建设和宣传工作总结；组织召开分中心案防季度合规委员会会议；对接其他总部合规、消保事宜；
- 分中心风险数据分析和风险指标管理，包括所有风险相关数据分析支持 任职资格 1、本科以上学历； 2、2年以上相关工作经验；具备银行业从业经验、熟悉银行业务/信用卡业务流程、熟悉相关法律法规； 3、具备一定的经济金融理论知识，具有较强沟通及协调能力； 4、具备较强的文字表达能力；具备较强的抗压性、良好的人际沟通能力
