## Job description

岗位职责
- 及时结合市场热点，并深剖用户需求，独立策划相关专题。
- 撰写视频脚本，制定拍摄方案，统筹安排拍摄，并配合视频制作岗产出有创意高质量的爆款视频。
- 追踪视频数据，汇报项目进展，总结项目方法。
- 领导交待的其他工作。 任职资格 1、2年以上工作经验，编导专业优先。 2、各新媒体平台重度用户，熟悉微博、微信公众号视频号、B站、抖音、快手、小红书等平台内容调性和运营规则； 3、具有丰富的短视频内容策划经验，有极强的文字工地，能够把握热点、理解产品特点、深挖用户痛点并进行结合，制作拍摄脚本，产出爆款视频。 4、能够使用常见拍摄设备且会日常剪辑者优先。
- 有炒股经验优先，有金融公司工作经验者优先。
