## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责积极寻找并开拓新的政府保险业务市场，了解政府部门的保险需求，制定相应的市场拓展策略；
- 进行商务谈判，签订保险合同，并确保销售目标的达成；
- 与客户保持密切联系，了解客户的保险需求，提供优质服务，维护客户关系；
- 与产品、客户服务、财务等部门保持密切沟通，确保业务流程顺畅进行；
- 定期向领导汇报工作进展、市场情况等信息。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，保险、医学、健康管理、市场营销等相关专业优先，特别优秀人员可放宽至大专学历;
- 具备保险、金融及政府合作领域经验，熟悉政保业务市场、政策及流程，有一定客户资源及社会人脉；
- 具备沟通协调及团队合作能力，能有效处理业务流程问题；
- 具备创新思维与市场洞察力，能探索政保创新业务模式。
