## Job description

岗位职责 【团队介绍】 2008年正式组建，目前以能源、航运板块为主，常规财产及责任等产品均有开展，2025年团队保费达成2.3亿，能源、航运行业分别占比约42%，财产、责任等常规业务占比约16%；连续多年稳居平安第一大航运保险团队，占比平安航运保险约15%，获评2023年集团首批总部级专业化组织，并蝉联至今。 【工作职责】
- 负责部门船舶险、能源险等业务的出单及理赔案件跟进协调
- 负责对接经纪渠道的业务询价，就船队、项目风险进行简要分析，解决询价过程中可能出现的相应问题，推动询价项目落地
- 协助进行目标市场信息整理，为客户组织行业培训交流
- 部门安排的其他工作 任职资格

### 本科及以上学历，具有相关专业背景及行业工作经验者优先
- 航海技术、轮机工程、海洋工程等
- 熟悉船舶航行、轮机设备、海上能源或船舶建造过程中的风险因素，有相关行业知识储备
- 能将英语作为工作语言，具有相关语言能力资质，具备良好的英文阅读写作能力
- 具备良好职业素养、工作习惯，以及主动学习、持续学习的能力
