## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻执行国家有关金融法律法规政策和总、分行各项运营管理制度。
- 组织厅堂客户营销，不断总结营销方法，提升营销能力。
- 开展网点运营队伍的团队建设，以及总分行安排的各项工作。
- 负责网点日常培训管理，强化员工综合素质。 任职资格 全日制本科及以上学历,3年以上金融工作经验，有零售业务管理经验者优先。
