## Job description

岗位职责
- 业务员招聘、培训，新人带教、陪访
- 协助开展支公司各类管理举措
- 分公司各项销售管理政策、制度、规定等的宣导与推动
- 支公司营销数据支持与分析
- 支公司日常基础管理工作及其他上级交办的其它工作 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，金融、保险相关专业优先
- 沟通协调能力强，表达能力佳，形象较好
- 性格开朗外向，逻辑思维能力好
- 擅于使用excel、ppt等办公软件
