- 制定及分配小组计划，并做好指标的检视工作，
- 负责团队增员工作，
- 负责咨询顾问的培训和日常业务辅导， 4,.协助咨询顾问处理内部关系、客户关系， 5.负责团队合规工作， 6.执行公司各项规章制度。 任职资格
- 大专以上学历，
- 有1-3年相关工作经验，
- 具有丰富的信贷知识，
- 具有较强的营销团队管理能力。
