## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责医养服务生态平台的客户解决方案设计与商务事宜、产品衔接；
- 负责保险公司、医疗机构等合作伙伴协调沟通，促进平台商机达成；
- 关注行业动态，进行市场调研和竞品分析，为平台产品发展提供决策支持。

### 任职资格 1、学历背景

本科及以上学历，医疗、保险、计算机等相关专业优先； 2.、工作经验：3年以上寿险/健康险公司承保/客服等岗位工作经验； 3、专业技能： （1）熟悉医养服务平台产品功能和保险权益服务解决方案，能够独立完成客户方案设计； （2）具备优秀的商务沟通能力和产品逻辑能力，能够清晰地向客户传达产品价值； （3）熟悉常用办公软件，如 Word、Excel、PPT 等。 4.

### 个人素质

（1）具备良好的客户服务意识和团队合作精神； （2）具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的能力； （3）工作积极主动，责任心强。
