## Job description

岗位职责 1.完成分行下达的KPI考核指标和工作任务; 2.根据分行的业务规划与目标，承担团队的营销管理职责,进行市场开拓、业务营销以及客户关系维护等工作;3.组织营销团队成员合规、有序地开展各项工作，完成业务尽职调查、业务报审及贷后管理等工作，有风险识别与防控意识。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历; 2、5年以上同岗位金融从业经验，有业务资源优先;具备优秀的团队领导能力，熟悉银行公司业务; 3、具有很强的沟通能力、学习能力和创新能力，思路清晰、思维灵活。 4、熟悉网络金融和电子金融产品，熟悉境内外银行、证券、保险、信托等多种金融产品; 5、具备良好的职业素质，较强的合规意识，无违规违纪行为，无处罚记录。
