## Job description

岗位职责
- 对接金监总局、人行等部门，跟踪国内外AI法律法规（算法治理、数据安全等），将监管要求内化为行内制度。
- 负责统筹制定人工智能管理策略，开展全生命周期管理与风险治理，建立数据安全评估、算法风险筛查、伦理审查评估、责任追溯机制
- 牵头监管问询、调研及检查，负责算法备案、合规评估及专项报告撰写 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，法律、金融或计算机相关专业；3年以上金融合规、风控或 fintech 经验。
- 熟悉AI技术原理（大模型、深度学习等）与金融监管体系，文字功底扎实，具备算法备案或模型治理经验者优先。

### 素质
- 具备优秀的政策解读、跨部门协调及组织沟通能力，合规意识强。
