## Job description

岗位职责
- 依据客服中心业务发展状况，制定培训计划及方案；
- 负责客服人员培训，有效提升员工岗位技能；
- 分析总结培训工作，对培训效果进行阶段性评估，并制定相关解决方案 任职资格 良好的分析解决问题能力，及组织规划能力，熟悉OFFICE工具。
