## Job description

岗位职责
- 主要职责为零售财富队伍专业赋能，负责财富产品(含理财、存款、贵金属、国债、跨境等)、复杂产品(含公募、标债、非标、地产股权、PE股权、海外、私募证券、保险金信托、家族信托等)的综合推动,做好产品的组合、包装、转培训、销售推动，对接支行财富队伍,实现销售目标,提升资产规模和中收；
- 根据对接支行的客户、队伍的特点,运用数字化手段，找到更多的潜在需求客户、有销售能力的队伍，不断推进持仓客户数、开单率的突破提升；
- 以客户为中心，支持队伍陪访服务工作。发挥产品顾问"专科医生"、投资顾问"全科医生"联动效能，推动队伍从单一产品销售向从客户视角出发的资产配置转型，推动私财客户产品渗透率、财富健康度提升。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 两年以上金融从业经验，熟悉金融产品，有产品推动相关经验，具备专业的财富管理专业能力，有CFA/FRM/CFP/AFP等金融类专业证书者优先；
- 具备较好的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力，目标感强，有恒心、韧劲强，遵纪守法，合规意识强；
- 具备良好的职业操守，无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
