## Job description

岗位职责 过程管理 协助业务部总监、业务分部经理进行团队管理，包括不限于团队应收、重新投保、激励、考核等过程管理 日常管理 代理人入职离职审核和日常人员管理，业务部业绩追踪、指标管理、数据通报等。 销售支持 运营活动策划梳理、线上线下活动筹备筹划，业务方案立项和兑现、财务预算等日常支持性工作 任职资格 核心能力要求 专业能力 1、35周岁以下。 2、大学本科及以上，特别优秀者可放宽至专科学历。 3、寿险行业或其他相关行业1年以上从业经验。熟练使用办公软件，具备一定的数据处理能力。 4、熟悉保险公司业务管理、营销推动及活动策划。 管理能力 无 职业个性 具备强烈的执行推动力，富有创新思维，有责任心。
