## Job description

岗位职责
- 完成公司下达的KPI指标；
- 负责机构银保渠道业务开拓，进行产品宣导和业务推广；
- 渠道日常维护，业绩追踪、经营分析、推动达成业务指标；
- 负责渠道的政策传达、问题解答和各事项处理；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历； 2.3年以上银保渠道工作经验或银行工作经验； 3.具备基础保险理论知识，有数据分析、报告整合、宣讲培训能力； 4.良好的亲和力、沟通能力、资源协调能力。
