## Job description

岗位职责
- 搭建并完善线上化平台业务的报表以及指标体系，推动数据系统化与可视化；
- 研究平台用户行为及画像，为业务增长提供有效支持；
- 协同部门及业务单位提供平台类数据分析结论及分析建议，挖掘平台及经营相应的增长点与风险点；
- 洞察平台产品业务流程，为产品及业务方提供优化支持。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，数学、统计专业优先；
- 乐观开朗，积极向上，具备良好的心理承受能力和团队协作精神；
- 有数据分析基础，对数据敏感，有较强的分析能力和逻辑思维能力；熟悉常用数据挖掘、机器学习算法，有建模工作经验者优先。
