## Job description

岗位职责
- 开展投诉数据统计、深度分析与风险研判，组织专项复盘，形成投诉压降方案
- 负责制订、完善和落实消费者权益保护工作相关规章制度，如投诉管理、内部考核、责任追究和多元化解等消费者权益保护工作等制度、流程及长效风控机制
- 投诉管理系统业务需求梳理、功能迭代、问题协调并联动IT推进落地
- 负责监管对接、投诉材料报送、专项汇报，配合监管检查
- 统筹分支机构投诉督导、规范处置标准、实施考核管理，压降监管类投诉风险，提升客户服务合规水平
- 其他领导交办的工作 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历。 2、2-3年保险金融行业投诉管理经验，熟悉客诉处理涉及的各类监管要求及监管文件。 3、熟练使用办公软件，如Word、Excel等。 4、责任心强，对待工作认真耐心，具备一定抗压能力。
