## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动资产AUM和贷款LUM业务。通过圈层经营、培训宣导、营销活动、面谈沟通等方式，线上线下相结合，推动渠道业务发展；
- 促进客户体验、使用银行的产品与功能，提升其满意度；
- 推动协调银行经营平台和队伍，包括线上经营平台、网点、理财经理、个贷经理，共同协助重客服务好客户；
- 遵守各项法律、法规、制度，落实合规及风险管理工作要求，严格控制风险，确保渠道业务健康发展。

### 任职资格 ​1、学历要求

本科及以上学历； 2、从业经验：有金融行业从业经验者优先； 3、其他要求：较强的亲和力、沟通能力、人际交往能力、学习能力及敏锐的观察力，形象健康、谈吐大方； 4、无违法违纪行为，有良好的职业操守和合规意识。
