## Job description

岗位职责
- 按照总公司要求，搭建机构培训体系，组织开展自主培训，提升员工技能
- 总公司创新人才培养动作的推广落地，如知鸟(公司学习类APP软件)，实践案例等
- 负责公司内外部活动策划、执行；确保公司文化活动的多元、新颖；
- 负责公司内外部宣传推广，通过新媒体手段做好公司的经营理念和价值观宣导、传播；
- 与业务团队沟通，收集及归纳总结业务亮点，帮助业务团队挖掘宣传亮点，树立企业标杆；
- 其他领导交代的事项。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
- 有1-3年人事行政岗（杭州）工作经验优先；
- 熟悉Photoshop、PPT等办公类软件。
