## Job description

岗位职责
- 年度消费金融业务发展目标及计划，定期追踪执行情况，提出改进建议；
- 对接总行消费金融事业部及时宣导及传达最新产品、推广方向、市场趋势，结合分行所在地区实际情况制定相应的推广策略；
- 负责对个贷客户经理的培训，及时检视培训效果；
- 负责个贷客户经理考核，参与确定分行考核细则，落实考核结果应用；
- 控制个贷风险，宣导风险政策及落实风险监测工作；
- 领导交办的其他工作业务运营层面的工作 任职资格 1、3年以上银行信贷相关工作经验，现岗位工作满2年以上，熟悉银行信贷业务 2、抗压能力、沟通协调和推动执行能力强，有一定管理能力，善于团队搭建 3、职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为
