## Job description

岗位职责
- 依据业务员发展状况，组织开展全省各层级制式、非制式等线下和线上培训
- 对接总部参与各层级课程研发、更新、使用
- 培训费用的下拨及使用监控
- 追踪全省讲师培育体系、荣誉体系、活跃率、晋升等
- 对接总部及分公司其他项目性工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上
- 金融类专业优先
- 有相关工作经验优先
