## Job description

岗位职责
- 对风险项目的调查、分析，形成处置应对方案，并积极实施有效化解公司风险资产；
- 主导各种商务谈判，与债务人协商债务解决方案，并有效实施；
- 组织、调配内外部资源实施风险资产处置，熟练运用各种法律工具有效推进案件办理；
- 协助建立风险资产处置的应对机制，推进内部体系建设，完善各类管理制度与管理工具；
- 配合部门主管完成相关工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历， 法律/财务/金融等专业、具有法律职业资格证书者优先；
- 两年以上融资租赁公司或金融类行业资产管理工作经历，在律所或金融机构有过资产诉讼案件处理相关经验者尤佳；
- 工作认真细致，责任心强，有一定的文字功底，具备较好的口头沟通能力，具有主动沟通的意识和策略，以及较好的谈判技巧；
- 具有较强的人际融合能力及团队合作、协调能力。
