## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与办公AIOps平台功能模块的开发与维护，协助实现办公终端异常检测、自动修复与状态监控能力；
- 使用Python、Shell脚本编写自动化运维工具，支持PC端日志采集、配置校验与基础故障诊断；
- 在指导下完成数据接入开发，通过Kafka消费办公终端事件流，实现日志数据的清洗、转换与存储
- 协助构建PC画像基础数据模型，参与终端行为日志分析与状态标签打标工作； 5..参与AI知识库与智能问答系统的功能实现，完成FAQ数据结构设计、查询接口开发与结果返回逻辑； 6.编写单元测试与集成测试用例，保障代码质量，参与CI/CD流水线配置与发布流程； 任职资格 1.3年以上软件开发经验，熟悉Python、C#（.NET）或Shell脚本开发，具备实际项目交付经验； 2.熟悉MySQL数据库操作，能够编写SQL语句进行数据查询与分析； 了解Kafka消息队列基本概念，具备简单的生产者/消费者开发经验； 熟悉Redis基本数据类型与使用场景，了解缓存穿透、击穿、雪崩的解决方案； 3.了解Nginx基础配置，能完成反向代理、静态资源服务等常见任务； 4.有运维自动化、日志分析或IT服务管理相关项目经验者优先； 具备良好的编码规范意识，熟悉Git版本控制工具；
- 有较强的学习能力与团队协作意识，能适应敏捷开发流程。
