## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助咨询中心总监进行日常工作的管理，及配合团队做好后台支持工作；
- 各类业务报表制作及发送
- 中心人事管理工作
- 中心日常运营工作（办公用品领用、复印等） 任职资格
- 本科以上学历；
- 有2年以上金融从业经历者优先；
- 工作积极主动，耐心细致，责任心强，富于团队协作精神，具备综合、数据分析能力，善于沟通；
- 数据分析能力
- 具备责任担当、专注聚焦、勤奋努力、抗压耐力的性格。
