## Job description

岗位职责 1． 负责集团执委董事会层面消保工作相关专项报告、政策等公文起草与撰写，做好监管部门的政策落地解读。 2． 组织和落实高层关于各机构消费者权益保护工作各项要求，完善管理制度，推动产品和服务管理制度有效落实及更新。 3． 负责集团各子公司的消保工作的管理、指导与考核；协调、督促相关部门妥善处理各类消费者投诉并开展投诉数据运行监测、统计分析等工作。 4． 推动监督集团各子公司的消费者保障管理工作，强化决策执行与监督机制，优化考核、审查管理章程； 5. 推动落实对存在合作关系的中介机构和第三方机构消费者权益保护的监督评价工作； 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，具备银、保监会工作经历者优先，具备丰富消费者权益保障工作经验者佳。
- 良好的公文、政策写作能力，具备某一领域业务专业度。
- 有较好的学习及领悟力，统筹规划能力。熟练使用Excel或SPSS等数据分析工具更佳
