## Job description

岗位职责 ①根据业务需求，分析研究历史经验数据，与再保、第三方沟通，负责产品定价测算工作 ②搭建客户疾病管理数据体系，不断优化定价测算、风控模型 ③提供产品和政策培训，支持业务团队 ④分析产品核心数据，从数据中发现用户痛点，提供产品优化建议 任职资格 ①本科及以上学历，金融、保险、精算、统计学相关专业 ②3年以上保险公司或专业中介公司精算或产品工作经验 ③具备较强的数据逻辑能力、产品培训能力，熟悉健康险产品运作优先 ④取得中外精算师、(准)精算师资格优先
