## Job description

岗位职责 1.1、支持线下业务团队，向呼入的业务人员说明业务流程、产品/风控/激励政策等； 2、基础业务督导，跟进业务断点，根据异常管理指标进行追踪。 2.1、工作改善：及时反馈工作中、系统运营中存在的问题、建议等信息，以便公司及时解决、改善； 2、积极执行公司政策，完成公司交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1.大专学历 2.1年及以上工作经验 3.吃苦耐劳
