## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责维护现有团体保险客户关系，提供涵盖保单续保、理赔协助、保单变更等环节的全流程服务，持续提升客户满意度与忠诚度；
- 熟悉全国社会保险政策，精准解读团体保险产品条款及相关政策法规，为客户提供专业的保险咨询、方案讲解与个性化报价服务，推动业务洽谈并促成签约；
- 系统跟进业务流程，跨部门协调保险公司核保、契约、理赔等环节，确保客户需求高效落地与执行；
- 持续收集市场竞品信息与行业趋势，深入挖掘客户潜在需求，积极拓展新客户与业务机会，推动业务持续增长。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具有2年以上团体保险或医疗健康行业相关工作经验；
- 具备优秀的英语交流能力，可熟练运用英语开展客户沟通、方案讲解及商务谈判；
- 具有高度的客户服务意识，善于倾听、细致耐心，能够快速响应并高效解决客户问题；
- 责任心强，工作严谨踏实，具备良好的抗压能力和敬业精神，能适应一定强度的工作节奏。
