## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责集团内部渠道拓展、维护，推动渠道保费收入目标达成；
- 负责中介渠道中介机构、第三方合作平台、网络销售平台等的渠道签约和维护，企业客户的开拓、维护；
- 负责续期业务推动及专业支持；
- 产品培训支持，相关契约、保全问题件沟通与追踪。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年及以上团体客户开发经验，有产险、养老险、银行、政府大客户销售经验者优先； 3、积极主动，责任心强，有强烈的结果导向意识，沟通能力强； 4、学习能力强，对新知识保持高度的敏感性，认可平安的企业文化。
