岗位职责
- 协助业务部总监，进行团队管理包括不限于应收续保、激励考核等过程管理。
- 业务部业绩指标追踪、管理、数据通报等。
- 业务部日常行政工作。
- 上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1.本科学历及以上； 2.1-3年相关工作经验，优秀毕业生可考虑
