## Job description

岗位职责
- 汇总财务、再保、精算等各类kpi经营数据，计算分公考核利润等各项KPI指标。
- 制作分公司经营分析报告，协助组织召开经营分析报告会。
- 根据经营分析结果向分公司提出经营分析目标的改善建议，跟踪各项改善措施的达成效果。
- 预测公司各项经营目标发展趋势并提出预警。
- 统一管理分公司经营数据，包括MIS系统企划模块管理。
- 负责对外数据报送，制作保监局要求的各类经营分析报告。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，理工、精算、数统类相关专业优先。
- 能够熟练运用EXCEL、WORD、PPT等OFFICE办公软件。
- 对数据敏感，具备优秀的学习能力。
- 具备较强的组织、沟通、协调和规划能力。
- 身体健康、心理素质好，具有良好的敬业态度和良好的团队协作精神，无不良记录。 6.0-3年相关工作经验。
