## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责存量的零售信贷客户进行日常管理和维护，排查存量客户潜在的逾期风险。
- 负责逾期客户的沟通与化解，包括但不限于电话、上门催收，以及根据本行的各项政策制定化解方案。
- 维护正常客户关系，做好存量客户的续贷以及新客户的转介与发掘。
- 完成分行及条线分配的其他工作任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历。
- 具有1年以上金融行业零售信贷或风险催清收相关岗位工作经验。
- 拥有较强的沟通、谈判能力;具有较强的营销能力和风险管理能力。
- 具有良好的抗压能力。
