## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责用户/客户在财务核算、资金管理、预算控制、税务合规等领域的需求调研与分析，输出结构化需求文档；
- 设计财务/资金系统解决方案，包括业务流程、功能架构、数据流转、集成接口等；
- 作为产品负责人，协调开发、测试、实施团队，推动项目按时按质交付；
- 面向市场化客户进行方案汇报、需求澄清及变更管理；
- 跟踪上线效果，收集反馈，推动产品迭代与标准化沉淀。

### 任职资格 学历

本科及以上优先，信息管理、金融、财务、计算机等相关专业优先；

### 经验
- 3年以上财务/资金领域产品设计或系统实施经验（如费控、资金池、银企直连、应收应付、总账、税务系统等）；

### 核心能力
- 能独立完成需求调研、流程梳理、原型设计及文档撰写；
- 理解财务核算逻辑（借贷记账、期间、合并报表）；
- 具备优秀的沟通与文档能力，能与客户和项目组高效协作。 加分项
- 熟悉融资租赁、汽车金融或信贷业务；
- 熟悉用友、金蝶、SAP、Oracle等主流财务系统；
- 持有CPA、CMA、CTA或会计中级职称；
- 参与过银行资金管理、司库、供应链金融系统建设；
- 有四大咨询或金融/制造业经验；
- 懂财务凭证、对账、月末结账、资产折旧等场景。
