## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责强化信用风险监控预警和处置体系，监控公司信用类资产质量，开展公司信用类资产风险监测、识别、排查、检视工作。
- 推动重点资产及项目的风险监控和化解，及时制定、调整、跟踪相关风险管控措施等。
- 统筹实施预警管理相关工作，包括不限于相关制度、流程、系统管理及优化等。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 具备法律、金融、经济等相关专业硕士及以上学历。

### 工作经验
- 拥有3年及以上银行、资管、信托等金融业从业经验，有风险相关工作经验（包括但不限于投融资审批、投后管理、风险处置等，具备复合经验者优先）。

### 专业能力
- 具备较强的业务分析能力和风险识别、判断能力；熟悉国家金融监管政策和相关法律法规；熟悉保险资管公司各项业务流程和产品者优先。

### 综合素质
- 具备较强的发现和解决问题的能力、具备较强的学习能力和适应能力；具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。

### 职业素养
- 遵守职业道德，诚实守信，廉洁自律；具有良好的职业操守，无不良从业记录；工作态度积极，责任心强，抗压能力强。
