## Job description

岗位职责
- 开拓新合作渠道，与外部渠道进行商务谈判，负责管辖区域内渠 道合作模式洽谈、协调、资源拓展，确定合作意向
- 推动合作目标达成，灵活运用新零售线上运营方式不限于公众 号、企业微信、短视频等，以结果为导向完成增长目标，并进行日 常业绩达成追踪
- 熟悉行业渠道拓展发展动态，主动拓展新渠道并尝试、达成长期 商务合作，做好渠道关系维护和业绩推动 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融相关专业优先
- 有2年及以上相关工作经验
- 具备证券从业资格
- 有外部拓展经验，有线上经营意识、擅长自媒体运营，含视频剪接、文案策划等
- 执行力强，具备良好的团队合作意识，有较强的沟通协调与组织调度能力，以及较强的抗压能力
