## Job description

岗位职责

### 业务推动与目标达成
- 负责将总行的银管策略、产品策略在对接的理财经理范围内宣导和落地执行。

### 实地辅导与带教
- 协同拜访客户，解答客户异议处理；帮助对接的理财经理发现问题，通过示范、角色扮演等进行辅导，提升实战技能。

### 培训实施与知识传递
- 承接总行培训，再对接责任区域内的转培训，确保理财经理准确理解；组织客户沙龙、小型分享，促进客群经营及萃取经验。

### 工具应用与标准化建设
- 利用数据、分析、总结，为业务提供决策依据，同时监控训后行为。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融相关专业优先。

### 工作经验
- 两年以上金融从业经验，熟悉金融产品，有产品推动相关经验，具备专业的财富管理专业能力，有CFA、FRM、CFP/AFP等金融类专业证书者优先。

### 专业能力
- 具备较好的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力，出色的沟通表达、较强的抗压能力，及培训赋能他人的能力。

### 素质要求
- 目标感强，具备较强抗压能力，有恒心、韧劲强，遵纪守法，合规意识强。
