## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助医生在线解答用户医疗健康问题，提供规范合理的解决方案；
- 协助医生全面管理用户疾病，在术后康复、生活方式、饮食营养、睡眠运动等方面提供专业指导，预防疾病复发、转移，为用户提供线上线下深度融合的疾病全周期管理服务；
- 参与内部各项培训，不断更新知识储备，提高专业及业务水平；
- 参与丰富医学知识库 任职资格 1、医学或护理相关专业，专科及以上学历，经验不限，有护士证优先； 2、熟悉计算机操作，有较强的沟通能力和高度的责任心，态度严谨，服务意识强。
