## Job description

岗位职责
- 研究当地市场状况，负责本机构业务的各项数据分析，及时反馈实施的效果；
- 协助负责人进行机构业绩及各项指标追踪、检视等工作；
- 协助负责人进行机构会议材料整理、会议组织与召开工作；
- 协助机构负责人KPI的测算与追踪的工作；
- 协助负责人年度预算案制作、修改等工作；
- 协助负责人追踪特定项目的完成情况；
- 配合销售人员，提供技术支持，负责机构业务的初审及上报；
- 负责本机构各种业务产品支持日常工作；
- 领导交代的其他事项。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 大学本科及以上；
- 对保险经营模式有一定了解，掌握一定的市场营销知识；
- 对产品运作模式有一定了解。
