## Job description

### 岗位职责 ①负责区域内专员的日常活动管理、培训、经营指标督导等 ②制定团队业务拓展规划，并按计划开展业务，监督、管理、辅导所辖人员的执行情况 ③接受分公司系统的培训学习，不断提升自身管理能力，独立完成组织内专员管理 ④协助部门经理完成部门日常管理工作，落地公司规章制度和政策 ⑤区域内新老客户提供答谢会组织安排，提供客户满意的售后服务等 ⑥目前工作地点为

广东省惠州市 任职资格 1、认同平安企业文化，具有良好的服务精神，团队协作意识强。 2、优秀的表达和沟通能力，良好的组织及统筹能力，有创新意识。
