## Job description

岗位职责
- 组织实施分行的对公业务经营管理和各项工作任务，落实并完成各项对公业务经营目标和工作计划；
- 带领分行完成业务发展目标，在遵守合规和风险管理要求的前提下开展业务；
- 负责所辖对公业务团队建设和人才培养，以及产品、技能、政策的培训。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 从事金融工作5年以上或从事经济工作8年以上；
- 具有丰富的市场开拓经验，具备较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力，在当地具有一定特殊资源者优先；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪及不良从业记录；
- 符合监管对分行高级管理人员的任职资格要求。 5.具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与团队和客户有效沟通;
