## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定渠道业绩达成路径及营销规划，制定业绩推动方案
- 负责渠道销售计划的追踪、督导、落实及销售支持工作，确保渠道销售业绩达成
- 负责渠道销售队伍建设，包括但不限于招聘、培训、考核等日常管理工作，确保符合基本法要求
- 公司交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，在金融-保险行业，有1-5年销售推动工作经验， 2.担任销售管理、市场营销管理
