## Job description

岗位职责 1.贯彻落实总部业务管理各项制度； 2.协助制定营业部、团队的月度、年度营销计划，并对团队及业务员业绩目标进行测算； 3.3 负责日常销售数据及报表的管理、优化，包括对分部、门店销售日报表、业务员业绩达成情况报表的统计、分析； 4.负责业务员佣金、管理津贴的计算、复核 ； 5.负责风险客户汇总分析、赔款数据追踪、放款送、回盘异常通知、历史数据维护，客户还款人工提醒数据提取、催收名单，外呼名单分配； 6.负责对业务员品质的监督与管理。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.0-3年相关工作经验 3.具有优秀的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，优秀的沟通协作、担当精神，丰富的专业知识储备，优秀的执行力，优秀的结果导向型思维，持续付出，努力推进，高质量完成本职工作，优秀的抗压耐力
