## Job description

岗位职责 建立并健全专业风控技术能力，持续引进国内外先进风控技术和设备，保持风控技术和队伍服务能力领先。

### 风险洞察及分析
- 运用各种风险数据和信息分析评估风险的性质、规律、可能性和影响程度；

### 风险制度及规则制定
- 根据风险分析的结果，制定风险管理制度和规则；

### 风控技术与设备引进并本土化
- 引进国内外行业内先进的风险管理技术和设备，并根据我司的实际情况进行调整和优化，提高风控的效率和效果；

### 重大项目服务
- 为重大项目提供风险管理和咨询服务，帮助识别和管理项目风险，提供专业的解决方案；

### 队伍建设
- 系统性培养风控专、兼职队伍，提升专业技能和风险意识，提高服务质量。 任职资格
- 具有FM工程师工作经历或3年以上外资经纪公司风控专岗经历；
- 硕士及以上学历优先；
- 熟悉自然灾害、火灾爆炸、人伤风险、工程等领域的风控技术；
- 具备项目统筹管理能力，能够协调内外部资源、把控项目进展、推动项目落地；
- 具有注册安全工程师、注册消防工程师等证书；
- 具有国际、国内直保公司从业经历优先。
